Ashover Butts Pale Ale

Strong and pale with plenty of American hops, in the style of a west coast IPA. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
