SHO - Asia Sour

This beer is a greeting. Congratulations to our bro Sasha Yurz on the opening of his amazing new Yourz Azia Bar in Odesa. And we brewed a very, very interesting beer for this event. Galangal, lots of it. Fresh lemongrass, a lot. Lime, in moderation. Chilli flakes, a lot. This is such a sour, spicy and fresh vision of authentic Asian cuisine in the form of beer. And the colour! The colour is amazing. And it's all Clitoria trifolia flowers. Only natural, it's worth a try.
