A Nelson Sauvin hopped saison aged in a gin soaked oak barrel from our friends at One 8 Distilling in DC, 1+8=9 is aromatic, elegant and complex. On the nose are intense notes of honey, ripe fruit and oak. All following through to the palate with the fruit translating into hints of Sauvignon Blanc.
