Beer description
A light and refreshing low fermentation "Pils" type beer brewed with a single malt (Pilsener) and a single hop (Cascade).
The SMaSH technique ("Single Malt and Single Hop") consists of brewing beers with a single type of malt and a variety of hops. For this recipe, we have chosen Pilsener malt to give this SMaSH a golden blond colour and a malty character, combined with Cascade hops for its spicy and floral notes.
