Attik - Targa

Targa is a DDH IPA with a modern spirit and a seductive character. This beer is brewed with a generous amount of Idaho 7 and Citra hops, and unfolds a vibrant and expressive flavor spectrum, with ripe tropical notes, juicy citrus fruits, and the dank touch that we appreciate. It is fermented with the English yeast "Verdant," which gives it a fruity and soft base that accentuates the hop profile. Visually, it presents itself with a dense and appetizing "Hazy" appearance, and a creamy and silky texture in the mouth that invites you to keep drinking. The bitterness is balanced, just enough to refresh and give structure without overshadowing the fruity profile. The finish is clear, but leaves a very pronounced, fresh and enveloping herbal aftertaste that sets it apart from other IPAs of the same style.
