Beer description
Oak aged strong dark Belgian ale. May 21, 2016 a small ceremony was conducted prior to lunch service in which Brad’s (brewer) daughter was baptized in the mash/boil kettle. That water was in turn used to brew this holy beer. Flavors of a chocolate and orange and aged in French oak, with Trappist ale yeast.
