Atwood Rouge

An exercise in patience, this beer is the culmination of more than two years of nature and nurture. Wide range of flavors, from fruity to funky to leathery are complemented by a balanced acidity (moderate lactic acid and mild acetic acid components), and a dryness from oak tannins.
