Autenrieder - Schlossbräu Kupfer

Kupfer is a fiery red beer with an original gravity of 14.5%. It was brewed in our historic copper brewhouse from “sweated malt” and mineral-rich water. Above the fine head, you can expect the delicate citrus aromas of Hallertau “Citra” and “Simcoe” hops. The first sip is strong, with notes of bread crust dominating. In the finish, the delicately tangy effervescence harmonizes with the distinctive aromatic oils of the hops.
