Mild Amber Ale aged in a spent French Oak (Pinot Noir) Barrel. Aged for 12 months with tart cherries, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus added to the barrel. Mild sour tartness balanced softly by funky Brett and cherry flavor as it warms in your glass.
