It’s a blend of 70% traditional German Doppelbock lager 25% Native Fermented Flemish style aged on calvados foedre for one year with pressed apples and 5% American wild ale aged in wine barrels for three years with Cabernet Franc grape must all refermented with balaton cherries and wild yeast the double barrel aged in a mix of second use bourbon barrels and pomegranate from fox wild ale barrels for additional three months
