Beer description
We bought a local beekeeper's entire stock of honey to make Dainty Ginger, but we knew it had more potential. So, we added cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and molasses to create that classic Ginger Snap flavor. Then, we aged it all for a year in a Tippins store pick Four Roses bourbon barrel called "Johnny Cash".
