Baccalieu Trail Brewing - Double Time

The trilogy is complete! Following On the Clock and Time and a Half, we’re closing it out with Double Time—a bold Black IPA weighing in at 7.0% ABV. For this edition, we pushed things to the limit by adding hops to the kettle every single minute for 120 minutes straight—that’s one ounce of hops, 120 times over. The result is a beer that strikes the perfect balance between rich roasted malt and hop-driven intensity, layering smooth notes of coffee and cocoa with bursts of citrus and pine. Complex, full-bodied, and finished with a lingering bittersweet bite, this is the kind of brew that keeps pulling you back for another sip!
