Introducing Second Wind: Volume 2! Calling all IPA fans (again) —you're going to love this one! For the second volume of Second Wind—and with sustainability in mind—we took the final dry hop from Afterglow (Cashmere, Azacca, and Citra) and transferred those spent hops into an actively fermenting batch of this tiny IPA. After our first experiment, we couldn't wait to try it again, and these hops did NOT disappoint!
