Backcountry Brewing - I Carried A Watermelon

This Sour is conditioned on both prickly pear and lime puree. Prickly pear is a fruit that we found tastes more like watermelon than actual watermelon does when added to beer. After conditioning on fruit we added a dose of watermelon flavor to really bring the beer together and make the watermelon candy aspect of this sour pop
