The Long Night comes for us all. This savory super stout is a chocolaty beast of complexity. With it’s aroma of bourbon and molten chocolate, you’ll have no doubts that this beer spent 8 months inside of bourbon barrels. Flavorwise, the barrel characteristics are much more nuanced. The bourbon provides a warming finish and aftertaste. The charred oak gives gorgeous vanilla and spice flavors that intertwine stupendously with all the layers of chocolate the base beer brings to your glass.
