Introducing Akuma - our new West Coast Pilsner.
The base for this beer is a crisp & clean German Pilsner, with a hot side hop combo of Tettnang & Mosaic Dynaboost, and a dry hop with Mosaic Cryo & Nelson Sauvin. You can expect a bright & dank modern Pilsner, with notes of blueberry kush, bright tropical notes of white grapes & guava, and a touch of spicy Tettnang hops in the back end. This is a real spring time crusher - and proves why West Coast Pilsner is our new favorite beer style!
