Classic is our interpretation of a Vienna Lager. A malty, toasty lager with a nice hop profile balancing the elegant malt character. We’ve been brewing Vienna Lager for more than 4 years now, tweaking the recipe slowly - and we’ve landed on a recipe with Classic that we’re very happy about.
