Bad Seed Brewing - Export

Export is the sixth installment of our Braufrisch-project - this time honoring one of our favorite Lagers in the world - Mönchsambachers Export Lagerbier. From our best memory, we've tried to create a lager that does this Export justice. It's a pale golden Lager with a rich malt character - notes of freshly baked rustic bread, barley fields, and a touch of crackery notes - combined with a floral and slightly spicy hop character keeping things in check - courtesy of delicious Perle & Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops.
