Beer description
Mink is a modern West Coast Session IPA, named after the North Jutland slang for drinking beer very quickly - to "mink" some beers. That's because this is a very, very easy-drinking, crisp and dry Session IPA. Hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, Simcoe and Idaho 7, it gives notes of grapefruit, melon, orange and pine in both aroma and flavour, and finishes deliciously dry and bitter. A perfect summer beer!
Hops
