Bad Seed Brewing - Lobotomy

Lobotomy is our first Witbier - a Belgian-style wheat ale brewed with orange peel and coriander - the classic spices for a Belgian-style Witbier. Our version also has a few other touches to make it even fresher, brighter and zestier. We've added lime zest in the boil, and given it a light dry-hop with Citra, which has boosted the lemony, zesty character of this Witbier. The aroma has a fresy and zesty lime character, fruitiness from the gentle dry hop of Citra, and subtle touches of orange peel and coriander. On the palate, it is soft, citrusy, dry and thirst quenching. Very easy drinkable, full of flavor, and most of all - fresh & zesty!
