Beer description
A dark tan head floats on this robust stout. Baker’s chocolate and charred, resiny softwood ride the aroma of alcohol. What follows is a smooth first sip of chocolatey, roasty stout that evolves into a lingering bitterness of black malt, rounded out by British maltiness. English ale yeast compliments the otherwise American profile, with Tomahawk and Cascade hops dominating the ibus and aromas. Steven named it, but has been observed consuming two or more in a sitting; so much for Steven’s beer names.
