High fermentation amber beer. The play of balances between wheat, smoked malt and chestnut flour gives life to an elegant and unique beer. Already on the nose you can recognize the characteristic note of rauch malts and chestnut flour which is however delicate, never intrusive. The first sip reveals itself in all its elegant complexity enhanced by the pleasant acidulous tip typical of wheat. Good to be tasted with hard and mature cheeses, with smoked tuna carpaccio and grilled fish is a gem! Available in 33 cl and 50 cl sizes
