Beer description
English "Bitter Ale" in the body and American in the "mind". A beer that has its roots in the English culture of "Bitter Ale", whose malts and bitter notes meet the exuberance and scents of traditional American hops. Beer with a light body, with a persistent but not aggressive bitter note, the nose is an explosion of exotic fruit, pineapple and mango scents.
Ideal with stews and red meat. A reduction of Stro.bi gives a special touch to roast meat!
