White Ipa. An encounter between two apparently irreconcilable worlds. The Belgian tradition of the Wit (or Blanche), a light and opalescent wheat beer, fresh and drinkable, characterized by the delicate spicing with sweet orange peels and coriander meets in this beer the refinement of the Japanese Sorachi Ace hops that gives it a bitter touch and a fresh lemon aroma that goes well with the typical characteristics of the Wit. It goes very well with spicy food, but also with seafood and white meat.
