Aeblerov - Både& #7

Half Beer, Half Cider. Consists of Wild Fermented cider from organic pears and apples blended with wort from People Like Us' session IPA "Reclaimed Madness". In this version of Både& we did a 50/50 blend of intensely hoppy wort from People Like Us with wild Æblerov cider and let that do its thing, before finally dry-hopping it with Chinook hops from crosbyhops . It’s one hoppy, tart and funky beast!
