Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this version of Dora we wanted to try a different pale wheat malt from Germany in place of the one we currently use. Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus
