Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this version of Dora we decided we wanted to rotate through another new (to us) pale wheat from Europe, which we typically do not use in our IPAs. Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus
