Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this version of Dora we wanted to try using malted red wheat. It’s very high in protein which should help with body and softness Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus
