Beer description
This is the first beer in our "Spotlight Caledon" series, where we highlight the varied attractions, natural beauties, and landmarks in and around the Caledon/Headwaters area.
The Forks of the Credit is a beautiful Provincial Park right in our backyard. It is both a part of the Niagara Escarpment biosphere and the Bruce Trail, which runs from Niagara all the way to Tobermory.
The park is known for its scenic trails and beautiful water features and is well worth a trip on a nice summer, spring or fall day (it’s fine in the winter, but let’s be honest, it’s less pretty).
Hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe and Motueka, this beer is gushing with notes of citrus, pineapple, and peaches. The perfect companion for a nature stroll and observing waterfalls
Hops
Galaxy bitter hop, Simcoe, Motueka aromatic hop
