Badlands - Mingle (October 2025)

Mingle is our series of beers where we blend whatever hops we feel like to see if they have chemistry with each other. It’s been a minute since we’ve done a mingle and that’s largely because we’d been through most hop blends we found novel and interesting…. Until now! Hopped with the explosive trio of Sabro, Dolcita, and Talus this is one of those beers that doesn’t quite taste like any other. All three hops are somewhat related to one another (Talus being the daughter of Sabro and dolcita basically being Sabro adjacent in flavor terms) and come together to make a monster beer replete with notes of fuzzy peach, coconut, ruby red grapefruit and juicy tangerine.
