Beer description
A German-style Hefeweizen (pronounced Hay-fuh vyt-zen) by pedigree, this wheat beer is easy-drinking yet beautifully complex. Ferment Hefe at lower temperatures than some, to coax heavier clove characteristics from the yeast with more subdued banana notes. Then delicately dry-hop this beer with Citra to produce a refreshing, balanced brew.
