Beer description
This is a boozy beer meant for the hop-heads. Ringing in at 120 IBU’s, use a boatload of American hop varietals in this one: Columbus for bittering, Simcoe for flavoring, Centennials for aroma and the ever-aromatic Mosaics for dry-hopping. Smooth, balanced and named for a good friend who introduced us to Pliny the Elder many moons ago.
