Baileson Juice Box Hero

To date, only fruited ale, Juice Box Hero is named in honor of Alex Bregman's walk-off home run in Game 5 of the 2017 World Series. A swing of the bat that sent the series from Minute Maid Park (the "Juice Box") back to Los Angeles, and on to Texas' first World Series Championship. This beer is brewed in the style of a hazy IPA, starting soft on the palate, moving into a rush of citrus and tropical notes from the trio of Ella (AUS), Rakau (NZ), and Amarillo (US) hops used on the cellaring side. Then add over 300 lbs of puréed mangos and peaches into the secondary fermentation process to give the beer a semi-sweet, semi-tart finish that plays friendly with the aforementioned hop combo.
