Beer description
Affectionately referred to as "MoMo" around the pub, take on the hazy IPA style includes American wheat and oats in the grain bill resulting in more body and mouthfeel, as well as additional turbidity, than seen in traditional IPAs. This is a recipe developed in collaboration with one of fabulous beertenders/homebrewers, that relies on massive late hop additions of Motueka (New Zealand), Citra (US), and Galaxy (Australian) during fermentation, producing very low bitterness with massive juice-filled tropical notes of passion fruit, papaya, and peach.
