Non-traditional take on a Fall favorite, this beer boasts robust flavors of caramel and toast, supplied by the use of Munich and Vienna malts. Split from tradition by fermenting Oktoberfest at warmer temperatures using an ale yeast, in lieu of traditional lagering techniques, and delicately hop this beer with German Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh.
