Baileson Parliament

A bright and refreshing beer, full of wisdom, good for summer and winter consumption, Parliament APA is nearly 100% 2-row malt and all American hops. Brew this beer with the likes of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, then turn around and dry-hop it with another helping of Mosaic just for good measure. Curious about the name? Despite urban legend, it is not a Funkadelic reference... this beer is named for the collective term associated with a grouping of owls, the revered mascot of co-founder's alma mater (and Baileson's neighbor) Rice University.
