DDH Oated Pale Ale, brewed and double dry-hopped with Centennial and Azacca hops, then fermented with the Daisy Chain yeast strain, to produce a silky, full-bodied PA with a blend of citra-floral and ripened mango notes across a bright malt background, in typical Baileson fashion. Houston's Daisy Chain is a massive yeast-sharing collaboration among Houston breweries where, in case, the yeast made great beers at 3 other breweries before it made its way to us!
