Baileson The Dean

The Dean is an American Double IPA showcasing multi-talented, new-school hops from the homeland. The strategy with this beer was to stay big but keep the grain bill and yeast contributions minimal, to fully unleash the complex aromas and flavors that this lupulin lineup is capable of. The Experience: Brewed (and double dry-hopped) with a harmony of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Azacca hop varietals, this beer leads the palate with massive tangerine and pine notes, rounding into bright, ripened tropical fruit undertones, finishing with the sturdy bitterness of American resin all know and love. And of course never filter beer, so you are delivered every drop of that double dry hop you rightfully deserve!
