Bakunin Brewery - Krush Groove Pale Ale

With the slow fall of the summer sun in August, the chest begins to collapse in anticipation of the near fall - harvest, school fees and a return from vacation are imminent. Krush Groove - our new milkshake ale - is the perfect blend of bliss and melancholy. We used a bunch of apricot puree as a base, with a sharpness and piquancy that was caused by a cinnamon infusion. The bright aroma of velvety fruit is complemented by dry hopping with mosaic and citra, resulting in a light, sweet-spicy taste - the story of the end of summer.
