Shapes & Objects Beer Co - Bali Marmalade

Tropical fruit sour inspired by tropical fruit Balinese marmalade. Brewed with heaps of mango, guava, papaya, passionfruit and dragonfruit. Over the years we kept bumping into Bastian and Benedikt from Blech.Brut/Atelier Vrai. Two brewers from Bamberg, the lager capital of Europe who are trying to blend influences and styles. Both lager style beers and contemporary styles such as smoothie style sours and big IPAs. Together we wanted to brew something we both enjoy, a refreshing, fruit intense and slightly acidic beer. Bastian had always wanted to brew something inspired by Balinese marmalade, a marmalade with all the tropical fruits you can imagine in it. Who are we to say no to that?
