Beer description
A true-to-style take on a category steeped in tradition, the strong bitter, otherwise commonly known in the U.S. as the ESB (extra special bitter). To the English beer purist, there’s nothing better than sitting down at a pub and ordering a pint o’ bitter. Very simple, cleanly malty, and firmly bitter, with a drinkability enhanced by service on nitro, and a delicate fruity and floral aroma from Scottish ale yeast and Progress hops. Nothing too complicated here, just a good, balanced expression of an old-school style
