Elliott Bay - Bandwagoneer Fresh Hop

We only get to use these hops once a year because their shelf life is extremely short. They were overnighted from Yakima and put in the beer the day after they were picked. Fresh Citra hops dominate the flavor. Wheat and oats give a rich sweetness and the low bitterness lets the fruit character shine.
