BAP Pacific Ale

The "Pacific Ale" is modelled on a well-known and popular commercial beer, which impresses with its high drinkability and its fruity, tart aroma. Many hobby brewers like to recreate it, and a variety of recipes exist. The recipe on which this brew package is based was developed by Ruthard Wolf (known in relevant circles as "Brauwolf") and is confirmed by numerous fellow hobby brewers as being most similar to the original.
