Beer description
Belgian IPA Simcoe - Cascade - Hallertau A straw yellow, slightly cloudy color and a lush collar of foam. On the nose there are nice notes of Simcoe and Cascade full of citrus fruits and small herbal tones contributed by the Hallertau and a touch of rusticity. The initial taste is definitely that of an IPA: fruity, resinous hops with a bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit and kumquat. Then the Belgian farmhouse yeast gradually comes to the fore again, providing a delicately spicy and rustic finish that adds complexity and length, very delicately.
Hops
Cascade aromatic hop, Hallertauer Tradition aromatic hop, Simcoe dual hop
