Barberie Surdose de Houblon

A solid well-laced white head on a an unfiltered straw body. The nose features fresh citrus notes, pine resin and some tropical fruit undertones. The taste profile has the nice balances of the nose. Solid fresh citrus hops include grapefruit, orange and lemon notes. Tropical fruit elements include melon and kiwi fruit. There is a slight pine resin presence but the hop package is tasty and not too astringent. Solid sweet bready malt underpins it all nicely. Full bodied with a rich and smooth mouth feel. Fresh and balanced.
