Beer description

At first glance it shows an undisturbed coppery robe, a malty nose with toasty and biscuit notes. On the palate it has a malty character and a medium body. The roasted aroma shows up at the edge of the roast, then gives way to notes of caramel and nuts to finally linger in spicy aromas. The Brewer's hop enhances its character, giving it aromas of spice and a dry finish. Its moderately high carbonation makes it a fairly easy beer to drink. Its nutty flavors and sweet bitterness (19 IBU) allow numerous food pairings, especially with white meats, most pressed cheeses and many other dishes that we let you share with us.
