Beer description
It's not just malt and hops that make good beer. For this N° 4 we have selected four different types of pepper to create a Pepper Ale: a black pepper from Kerala (India), a wild Voatsiperifery pepper from Madagascar, Timut berries from Nepal and green Sichuan berries from China. The dosage and timing of incorporation into the brew have been carefully studied to create an explosive compound. The whole presents itself in a golden robe, in the nose vegetal and aniseed, on the palate it develops peppery, woody, citrusy and aniseed aromas.
