Beer description

Golden colour with persistent off-white foam. Notable for its fruity citrus and floral aroma from the Simcoe and Mosaic hops. It has a pleasant moderate bitterness that predominates over the malt flavour. It has a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is dry and the carbonation is moderate. Pairs well with spicy meats, spicy food and fatty cheeses.

Stark schäumend trotz langem MHD, goldgelb im Glas. Leichte Zitrus- und Maracujaaromen in der Nase. Geschmack dann aber sehr dünn und wässrig. Da gibt es deutlich bessere.
