Beer description
Draft to goblet at The Koelschip. Looks good for the style; a semi-transparent ruby with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of a nice balance of blackberry, rhubarb, and vanilla ice cream. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and mildly but pleasantly tart and bitter. Tasty.
