Barlog - Palosul Lui Stefan

Although inspired by the classic British style, this beer is more of a hybrid with American hops. Deep golden to amber color with a moderately white head and medium to low carbonation. The taste profile is based on the hops, which has grassy, fruity and pine-like aromas, but which are well balanced by bread-like malt notes and small stone fruit tester. The bitterness is well tamed, but remains in the aftertaste along with some hop notes. Overall, it's a classic, well-balanced, non-overwhelming specimen that will draw those new to the style into its depths. But also an easy-to-drink version for the veterans.
